storage issues

The four places to save electronic documents are:

1:Google documents-Pros-can find it on any computer, can be made into a webpage, is free.-Cons- may not have internet service.
2:A network location/u drive-Pros-don't have to carry a jump drive.-Cons-can only get it on a certain network if plugged in(wired connections).
3:A jump drive-Pros-can have it with you as you travel.-Cons-could leave it or loose it or they brake.
4:To the desktop-Pros-can find it easy and is free-Cons-the hard drive could crash.

Today in class we learned how to take a document from Word on our desktop. We then saved it to the desktop, then we published it to the Internet as a web page. So that it is accessible to everyone if you want it to be.

~And posted our first bookmarked page-which was the class homepage.
~We also sent our blog url's via internet to the professor.
~And finally we sent the professor our gmail address's for homework and posted this blog.
